This plugin offers precise control over the frequency spectrum by independently setting the low and high cut points, allowing for both broad and narrow band-pass filtering. The resonance control enhances tonal character at the cutoff frequencies, making the plugin versatile for both subtle EQ adjustments and more pronounced sound design effects. It includes the following parameters:
PARAMETERS
Low Cut Frequency: Sets the point (in Hz) where the high-pass filter begins attenuating frequencies below this value, removing low-end content such as rumble or sub-bass frequencies.
High Cut Frequency: Sets the point (in Hz) where the low-pass filter starts attenuating frequencies above this value, controlling high-end content and reducing harshness or hiss.
Resonance (Q): Adds emphasis at each cutoff point. Increases the peak at the low and high cut frequencies, enhancing the character of the filtered sound. This parameter can shape the sound further, adding subtle tonal effects or creating sharper, more pronounced peaks.
Mix (Dry/Wet): Adjusts the blend between the unfiltered (dry) and filtered (wet) signal, enabling subtle or more pronounced filtering effects.
