This plugin provides versatile filtering options by allowing the user to switch between multiple filter types with a single control. With adjustable cutoff frequency, resonance, and mix, it offers flexibility for refined tonal adjustments, allowing users to tailor the frequency response for sound shaping and focused mix adjustments. It includes the following parameters:
PARAMETERS
Filter Type Selector: Allows switching between different filter modes such as low-pass, high-pass, band-pass, and notch. This enables the user to choose the type of filter applied to the signal for different tonal shaping effects.
Cutoff Frequency: Sets the point (in Hz) where the selected filter begins to affect the signal. For low-pass and high-pass modes, this determines where frequencies are attenuated. For band-pass and notch modes, it sets the center frequency.
Resonance (Q): Increases the emphasis at the cutoff frequency. In low-pass and high-pass modes, this creates a peak at the cutoff point, boosting frequencies around that area before they are attenuated. In band-pass mode, it narrows the bandwidth, focusing the effect on a specific frequency range.
Mix (Dry/Wet): Balances the processed (wet) and unprocessed (dry) signals, allowing the user to blend the filtered signal with the original audio for subtle or pronounced effects.
